Fun facts – Tobira seems pretty straightforward with all the usual happenings you’d expect in an urban setting.  Insurance is in place, finances over the last few years are in order and mostly on track with budget, reserve funding levels are increasing, major projects are completed as planned, and everything else is where you’d expect it to be in a condo association!
